How Do I Use It
How Do I Use It
-please wear 3 times a week for 3-4 hours a day for about a month if you are new to waist training before progressing to the next step
- after a month wear only every other day for 5-6 hours or if you are already someone who waist trains
- do not work out or sleep in them
- remove when eating and place back on if you'd like 30 minutes after eating
- ensure you maintain proper posture when sitting down in it for extended periods
