Our policy lasts 10 days from date of delivery for waist trainers and sweatbands. If 10 days have gone by since the date of the package's arrival and you have not used the exchange portal to process your exchange within that time period, we unfortunately can not offer you an exchange.
For clothing or equipment exchanges, customers must process exchange intent within the portal within 15 days of delivery. Items that come with tags and/or hygiene stickers must still be attached . If 15 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, and you have not processed your exchange within the portal we can not honor your exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of email delivery of label for USA orders and within 20 days for international orders. If we receive items 14 days after email delivery of label with no proof of tracking progress during that time period for USA orders, return shipping will no longer be free.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit or exchange
We do NOT offer REFUNDS on items already shipped, only store credit. Customers are eligible to return items for store credit within 30 days of delivery date but will be charged 15% of the price of the returned item as a restocking fee. Full refunds will only be issued on orders that have not been fulfilled yet.
To be eligible for an exchange , the item must be in its original brand new condition without stains, tears, rips, and any other that fault that impacts the item.
We are only able to process one FREE USA exchange per item you order so please ensure that the size you exchange for, is the proper size. For international exchanges, shipping prices will NOT be covered .
To complete your exchange , we require customers to use the exchange portal to complete their exchange at https://kwhiteshop.com/a/return.
The item must also be in its original condition. All exchanges must be approved within the system. Once we receive the item we will deem if your exchange is to be honored. If the exchange is denied, we will not be responsible for paying return fees for the item if buyer chooses to have it returned. As well a refund will not be issued for denied exchanges.
Please allow 5-7 business days once your item has arrived at our warehouse for exchanges to be processed. If you are wishing to process an out of stock item for exchange, exchanges will be processed once inventory is back in stock granted the item is restocking
