Shipping

Processing times for orders takes 2-8 business days. Sometimes may take up to 12. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for USA orders and 5-10 business days for international. All packages with expedited shipping will be sent out within 1-2 business. Please do not purchase expedited shipping on pre-order items unless you understand that it will only apply once stock has arrived. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time if we have shipped out the package at the appropriate time . Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and we do not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, or any other example your item has not arrived, we require you have purchased insurance in order to have your replacement sent out. If you have not purchased insurance at checkout, we will not be able to issue a replacement. We must be notified within 10 days that the item has not arrived in order to process a replacement 

In regards to improperly inputted addresses or insufficient addresses on returned packages, we are happy to adjust addresses and resend the package once it's been returned to us and reshipment fees are paid. In regards to international packages in this circumstance, it is typical of couriers to abandon these packages instead of returning them to us depending on the countries rules . We can not ensure the package will be returned to us and can not offer a refund of any nature in regards to this if it does not arrive. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their address is inputted correctly at check out so it may be delivered.

 

 

Customs

Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions.

Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy. We are not responsible for customs fees. If you choose not to pay customs or do not get in contact with the courier about your customs fees, your package may be abandoned and can not be retrieved. We are not responsible for abandoned packages and can not offer refunds for this. This is due to the fact that UPS charges us for returned packages and as a small business this is a great financial impact for us. 

Please relay all shipping inquires about international packages to the courier. Once the packages leave our warehouse, couriers do not allow us personally to make changes to your package for security reasons. We advise contacting your local office to retrieve information. The same information showcased through tracking number is all we are able to see on our end as well.
