works very well, i got a extender so once im done i can downsize to this one but it works great!
I absolutely love this waist trainer! I got a short torso k white trainer and the length is perfect! I do need to go down in size. I ordered a small but need an xs as I'm on the tightest setting just trying it on, but other than that love it! It's hard to find a waist trainer when you're short that doesn't cut off your butt and also covers your lower stomach but this one does just that. Waiting for follow-up email on the replacement size and will give an update after. My only complaint is just the delivery time and the cost for expedited if desired. Love it so much my cousin decided to order one too!

I bought a medium about 4 years ago and loved it so much! I gained some weight as I’ve gotten to be in my early 20s and decided to size up to a large this time rather than buying the extender because one of the hooks is bent weird. The large is only one hook row bigger than the medium and even though I bought tall torso one it’s shorter than the medium! I’m a bit upset that I paid $80 for a new one when I could have just gotten the extender. But since the tall torso is shorter than the medium I have maybe the extender wouldn’t work. I understand products change over the years but I wish I had know about this beforehand. In the photo the medium is on the bottom so you can see the length difference and you can see the large is just barely bigger than the medium

Our items have in fact changed as of 4 years ago and now reflect a different name as our prior item due to it being a different design. However all that changed from the initial design 4 years ago is the high low design you showcased, which was added for extra comfort. Customers notified us that after extended use, with a straight cut design, it began to dig into their hips, which was the reason for the change . As for our sizes they are not immensely larger when laid flat as waist trainers are compressive garments and the difference in their sizing is showcased once on. We hope that helps answer your concerns and again we are very sorry to hear it is not the item you once loved.
Fits perfect.! I’m a petite girl but my torso isn’t necessarily short. This fits sooo good no staving or poking in the lower half like the traditional length trainers. I can wear it my whole 12hr shift with no discomfort. Also helping with portion control and reducing bloat.! Natural waist is 29 and large is comfortable especially for just starting to waist train after taking a break for a few years 😅.
I was very “back and forth” about the purchase just hecause its so pricey. But all i gotta say to everyone who is thinking the same thing, GO! FOR! IT! Im not exaggerating when i say this is the best waist trainer ive purchased. I am in love with the short back and long front. Theyre not lying to you lol. Its got some weight to it, it snatches you and all of my outfits look great with this. For reference i am 5’3 and prior to ordering, my waist was 37 inches. In the size chart, they state to get the exact size according to your waist size which was a Large for me, but i went ahead and ordered down. Remember there are 3 settings so thats why i chose medium. I also go to the gym 6 days a week so i know my goal and what im working towards. I really hope this helps someone with their purchase. Ps, i recommended this to every girl i know in my life, literally lol
Love this!! Quality is legit. The short size is perfect for my short torso and really comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It actually is as described and as good as everyone says. I’m hooked!!
I love it already! Gave it 4 starts though because it was too short, trying to return it for a the longer size then I will give this 5 start! My torso length is not 11 inches so I thought that it would be too long but unfortunately this one was too short, I believe I’m in the middle but I hope the longer one fits because I love the feel of the waist trainer!

I LOVE this waist trainer so bad it’s so comfortable if you follow the sizing chart and I’ve always struggled with pinching on the sides but the short toro design and short back helps so much, 1million stars
The waist trainer is great I received mine 2 days ago I ordered the 2X but it was too small so I have tried to get in touch with them to exchange for a size S and no one has gotten back to me that’s the reason I gave 3 stars I will change my star rating if some one gets in touch with me to do my exchange

It is customary to allow 24-48 hours for an email response as emails are not text messages . We have gotten back to you with instructions on how to return your item. If you have not seen it, returns can be easily processed on the return portal tab which can be found on the menu tab of the website.
Customer service was great. I was able to exchange with the correct size. Haven't tried it as yet. 🙂

I feel like i could've gotten a size smaller but its good at the smallest size👍 the one that i got is a size xs so im going to get the 2xs very soon. also im not sure if im placing it right bc im not sure if its synching as much as i want it to synch😭

It's wonderful! I have a 35 inch waist right now. When I have it on my stomach is flat. I can still eat and breathe well in it and I forget that I have in on. I can't wait to see more results as I use it more

Was a little skeptical about it fitting but it works great! I’m on my second week and did the second notch. It’s tight but I can still do most everything. This is my first time waist training and I’m enjoying it so far! I wear it 4-6 times a week for 3 hours each time.
I absolutely love it. However I choose a 3x and ordered the extender according to the size chart. I should have just ordered a 4x and extender.
After a month I am finally using an XS waist trainer. I went from 30” waist to a 28” waist. I love the progress so far!

I currently like the waist trainer! I’m not sure if I see any changes yet since wearing it for 6 days straight, but will see how it goes as I continue to wear it for a month straight! Also, Size M fits my body frame (my waist is 30in currently) and I was also able to move up a notch on the 6th day~
