-wear 5-7 hours every other day
- DO NOT WORKOUT, SLEEP, OR EAT IN THIS
- remove when eating and place back on if you'd like 30 minutes after eating
- once desired results have been achieved you may wear around once a week for 5 hours a day
- please speak with doctor before use
- wear undergarment underneath if you are allergen prone

Buy an extender to increase the size of your waist trainer by 1. Once you size down, remove the extender, and use the original size. This allows you to get 2 waist trainers out of 1. For example, a small can be made into a medium with an extender.
